Scott, Denise, and Jaxon, The Smith's
Scott is an executive financial officer in the governmental fiscal environment. After spending 26 years of service in the US Air Force, Scott and Denise decided to return to Idaho and start their winery dream.
Denise is an auditor supporting the US Navy. She is a veteran with 20 years of service in the US Air Force. Scott and Denise met while stationed in Germany many years ago. With her extensive experience in planning and executing special events, she is helping Sol Invictus become a destination site for weddings, birthdays, or any celebration.
Jaxon is a senior at Middleton HS and is looking forward to his own future military career. He has left an indelible mark upon the landscape. From installing the trellis system, to leading the work crew in maintaining the vines, he has touched every aspect of vineyard management. When not helping run the winery, he is keeping his grades high and participating in several school sports programs.

Tracy Smith, "Pour"er Extraordinnaire
When you visit the winery, Tracy will make you feel like one of the family. She has worked in various banking environments and currently supports clients in protecting their brands across the internet. No doubt, her experience in customer support has enabled her to create an amazing environment for all our winery friends and family. Our winery visitors will also been keen to know that the overwhelming majority of vines were planted by Tracy and her absolutely amazing circle of friends. They are truly a blessing!

Grandpa Scott
Need a tractor? He will find one. Looking for tools? He has it. Trying to find a way to install 12″ anchors at the end of the row? He will create the device that makes it all easier. We wouldn’t be as far along in our drea with his help. Grandpa Scott is a lifelong farmer with family and friends across the valley. Lately, you can catch him in the stands cheering on his favorite HS athlete!
